Is it really free?
Yes. Claiming your profile and every feature available today are free. There is no card to enter and no trial that runs out.
Are there paid plans?
Paid plans are not available yet, and there is nothing to pay today.
Can I remove or hide negative reviews?
No, and no plan will ever allow it. You can reply in public and report reviews that break our guidelines; our moderators decide on reports.
Do invited reviews count differently?
No. Your score is calculated the same way for every company, and invited reviews count like any other review — they are simply labelled as invited.
How do I prove the company is mine?
Use a 6-digit code sent to an email address at your company domain, or add a DNS TXT record to the domain. Both take a few minutes. Webmail and other shared domains can only be verified with DNS.
